Promo Auto Shade General Information for your Orders:
PAS is used to designate Promo Auto Shade
Order confirmation and paper proofs are provided via fax or e-mail at NO CHARGE. Orders will be processed and production will begin only after receipt of your payment agreement, paper proof and the order confirmation with your signature.
Artwork
Please provide either:
Camera-ready artwork via mail. The art has to be printed from a quality printer with clean sharp edges. An enlarged, clean black and white copy is recommended. Non camera ready art work will incur art charges at $60.00 per hour.

Accept following formats:
Adobe Illustrator (.ai),(.pdf), corel draw (.cdr), and EPS Vector art only
Mac or Pc format accepted but NO JPEG, BMP or Doc files. TIFFS is accepted but @600 dpi or larger.
Imprinting
Standard imprints are via spot color silk screen. Al pricing includes a one color on one location imprint. PAS warrants all imprints will be legible and permanent under normal usage. Commercial Dishwashers use detergents that will fade the Imprints.
DECALS ARE NOT DISHWASHER SAFE
PMS color matching
Due to the nature of the material, PAS does not guarantee the exact match but will match as close as possible at no charge
RUSH ORDERS
If an order is needed in less than 7 days, a rush charge will apply. There is a 15% surcharge for orders require in 3-4 days and a 25% surcharge for 2-3 days. Any additional freight charges to meet the rush date will apply.
Freight Charges.
All Freight charges will be collected for delivery to final destination. If the shipping address is different than the billing address you must specify the destination address on the purchase order.
Pricing and Payment Terms
All pricing is subject to change. PAS reserves the right to change prices and credit policy without prior notice. PAS retains the right to require a 50% deposit or a full pre-payment on order of $ 500.00 or more based on credit history of the customer. First Time customers must sign a payment agreement with credit card information. All information is solely for credit purpose. PAS accepts Visa and Master Card. Once credit is established, credit terms are NET #) from date of shipment.
California Shipments. For shipments to California, Proposition 65 warnings must be used. PAS will attach these labels at no cost with written instruction on the purchase order.
The labels contain the following information: Warning the materials used as color decorations on this product may contain lead and/or cadmium, chemicals known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
